The Associate General Counsel, Government Contracts will report to the General Counsel and will serve as a key subject-matter expert on government contracting, providing strategic legal guidance across the lifecycle of U.S. government and defense-related programs.

Function within corporate policy and business best practices, facilitate corporate compliance tasks regarding Accessibility, FCPA, GDPR, IESA, PIA, etc. and maintain current knowledge of market conditions and trends, and assist in formulating short and long-term procurement strategies to ensure economy, quality, and continuity of supply.
