As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated, analytical professional to join our finance team and help improve how we manage the financial performance of our construction projects.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our accounting team, project managers, Chief Operating Officer, and executive leadership while helping build the financial systems that support a growing business.
Position Summary
The Project Financial Analyst reports to the Director of Accounting and works closely with the Chief Operating Officer, project managers, and accounting team to support the financial management of our construction projects.
The primary responsibilities of this position include construction job costing, project forecasting, Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting, and project financial analysis.
This role plays a key part in preparing and maintaining accurate project financial information that supports monthly WIP reviews, management reporting, and strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will help ensure project costs, revenue forecasts, equipment costs, and anticipated profitability are accurately reflected throughout the life of each project.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, working with numbers, and collaborating with people across multiple departments.
You don't necessarily need to come from a traditional accounting background. We are open to candidates with experience in construction accounting, project management, project controls, cost controls, estimating, engineering, or construction operations.
If you've worked on construction projects and understand project budgets, forecasting, job costing, or financial reporting, we'd like to talk with you.

Within your first year, you will help improve the accuracy of our monthly WIP reports, strengthen project forecasting, improve job costing, provide better financial visibility to project managers and leadership, and contribute to more informed business decisions across the company.
