Pay Range: $52.29hr - $57.29hr
Job Overview:
Workers at this level are responsible for routine aspects of project control assignments under close supervision. Candidates are expected to develop skills and the ability to work with greater independence, demonstrating an understanding of basic project controls principles and associated software. This position is typically assigned to XX or Green I projects per the Project Profile Matrix.
Required Qualifications:
Graduation from a two-year college or university in business, finance, project management, engineering, technical, or equivalent discipline. A minimum of 2 years of project controls experience is accepted in lieu of a degree. Demonstrated knowledge of basic project controls principles and project-related work or academic experience. Demonstrated working knowledge of project management and project controls concepts and computer applications, including scheduling software, financial tools, and spreadsheets. Must be a collaborative team member.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduation from a four-year college or university in business, finance, project management, engineering, technical, or equivalent discipline. PMI or AACE certification (such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-SP, AACE-CCC, AACE-PSP, AACE-CEP, or AACE-EVP). Experience with software such as MS Project, Primavera, Business Objects, Passport, MS Office Suite, Prolog, Visio, Powerplant, Emax, or PeopleSoft. Experience maintaining relationships with individuals at varying organizational levels and external suppliers or vendors.
