Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Coordinator / Admin Assistant to support an established executive support team. This individual will serve as a key resource for coordinating projects, supporting day-to-day operations, developing executive level materials, and assisting with leadership priorities.
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment where priorities may shift and projects may not always be fully defined at the outset. This role requires someone who can balance hands on administrative responsibilities with more complex project work, exercise sound judgment, and independently drive tasks and initiatives forward.
This role is located at a client site in Atlanta, GA. A hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Coordinate projects, strategic initiatives, and leadership priorities from planning through execution.
. Provide operational and administrative support to help ensure the effectiveness of the executive support team.
. Develop, format, and maintain polished, executive ready PowerPoint presentations, communications, and supporting materials.
. Create and manage project plans, trackers, status updates, documentation, and other organizational tools.
. Coordinate meetings, events, and leadership forums, including scheduling, preparation, materials, logistics, and follow up activities.
. Track action items, milestones, and deliverables to help ensure priorities remain on schedule.
. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen overall team operations.
. Provide administrative support as needed, ranging from routine operational activities to more complex project based assignments.
. Work independently to create structure and drive progress when requirements or next steps are not fully defined.
. Collaborate effectively with executives, team members, and cross functional stakeholders while navigating changing priorities.
. Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and proactively support solutions to keep work moving forward.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 7+ years of experience in project coordination, executive support, business operations, or a related capacity.
. Strong PowerPoint skills with demonstrated experience creating professional, executive level presentations and materials.
. Experience supporting senior leaders and/or coordinating complex projects and initiatives.
. Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making capabilities.
. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and bring structure to evolving priorities.
. Proactive, action oriented approach with the ability to independently manage responsibilities and drive work to completion.
. Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
. Professional executive presence with sound judgment and discretion.
. Service oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to support team and leadership success.
. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment.
Additional Details:
. Work Location: Primarily onsite, with occasional remote work based on project and business needs.
. Engagement Length: 6 month assignment with potential for extension.
. Schedule: Approximately 32 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours based on business needs.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $51,300.00 $98,500.00.
