PROJECT COORDINATOR & COMMERCIAL SALES 

Bozeman, MT | $25+/HR + Performance Incentives | Full-Time

FLOFORM Countertops is expanding into Bozeman, Montana, and we're looking for a Commercial Sales & Project Coordinator to help grow our commercial business.

This is not a traditional office coordinator position.

You'll work directly with contractors, builders, designers, architects, and commercial customers — developing relationships, preparing estimates and bids, coordinating projects, and making sure jobs move successfully from quote to installation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll own the customer and project experience from the initial opportunity through completion.

Sales & Business Development

• Build relationships with general contractors, builders, designers, architects and commercial customers
• Identify opportunities for new and repeat business
• Prepare estimates, quotations, bids and proposals
• Follow up on opportunities and help convert quotes into sales
• Develop long-term commercial customer relationships

Project Coordination

• Manage multiple commercial projects from quote through installation
• Review blueprints, architectural drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Coordinate templating, fabrication, delivery and installation
• Track project schedules, budgets, change orders and deadlines
• Communicate project status with customers, production, installers and management
• Identify potential problems before they become job-site problems
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain accurate project and customer documentation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who can sell, organize, communicate and get things done.

You should have:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, project coordination, estimating, sales or a related field
• Experience working with contractors, builders or commercial customers
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, architectural drawings and specifications
• Strong estimating, organizational and project-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• CRM, ERP or project-management software experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS A BIG PLUS

Experience in any of the following is highly valued:

Countertops | Cabinetry | Flooring | Millwork | Commercial Construction | Building Materials | Interior Finishes

You don't have to come from the countertop industry.

If you understand commercial construction and know how to manage customers, projects and deadlines, we'll teach you the countertop side of the business.
