The Project Coordinator will provide administrative and project support to senior leaders within a multi-site biologics development organization. This role supports leadership across Global Upstream and Cell Line Development, Analytical Development and Attribute Sciences, and Potency and Impurities Analytical Development.
The position requires strong administrative coordination, project support, communication, confidentiality, and technology skills. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings and events, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing and processing expense reports, maintaining departmental records, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, organizing department meetings and town halls, maintaining SharePoint pages, preparing communications, managing meeting minutes in OneNote, and supporting surveys and documentation through Microsoft tools.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, administrative partners, and stakeholders across multiple sites and time zones.

Required Qualifications
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree highly desirable, preferably in a business-based degree.
- 4+ years of administrative or comparable experience.
- Strong administrative, coordination, scheduling, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- High proficiency with MS Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote, Forms, and MS Teams.
- Strong SharePoint experience or ability to quickly become highly proficient.
- High technology savviness and ability to rapidly learn systems.
- Ability to manage calendars, meetings, travel, expense reports, departmental records, onboarding/offboarding support, communications, and meeting logistics.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, solve problems, and support senior leaders with minimal supervision.
- Professional presence, discretion, confidentiality, diplomacy, and good judgment.
- Ability to collaborate with administrative partners, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders across different levels, functions, sites, and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-based field.
- Prior Executive Associate or Project Coordinator experience.
- Prior experience supporting senior leadership or a large multi-site department.
- Experience coordinating town halls, department events, leadership calendars, SharePoint content, and executive-level communications.
Benefits
Competitive hourly rate: $28.07 – $35.66/hr (W-2 only, no C2C)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, regular business hours
6-month contract with possible extension
