The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of multiple projects. You will coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and commercial teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
Maintain project schedules, trackers, action logs, and project documentation.
Coordinate with procurement, engineering, manufacturing and logistics teams to support project execution.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards and performance updates for leadership.
Track project timelines, costs, and quality metrics, highlighting risks and deviations.
Manage project documentation including drawings, submittals, meeting minutes and document registers.
Organize project meetings, record action items, and follow up on deliverables to completion.
Support communication with clients, vendors, consultants and internal stakeholders.

For the Project Coordinator we are seeking:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Support, Construction Coordinator or similar role.
Understanding of electrical terminology, electrical systems, construction installation projects or related infrastructure environments.
Exposure to manufacturing operations or industrial production environments.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with exposure to project scheduling tools preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High level of accountability, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Base salary of $65,000 - $70,000.
