Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months
Compensation: $25 - $45

Project Coordinator (Network Infrastructure / Data Center Projects)

Summary

• Coordinate project execution for company Network Lab team, supporting network infrastructure initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies), and project documentation.
• Track deliverables across multiple workstreams and ensure milestones are completed on time.
• Prepare project communications, including weekly status reports, decision logs, and milestone summaries.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain process consistency, documentation, and reporting using Google Workspace tools.

 
Must-Have Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Program Coordination, Operations, or Project Support.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders while managing competing priorities.
• Experience maintaining project plans, timelines, RAID logs, trackers, and documentation.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting status updates and meeting notes.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while following established processes and timelines.

 
Nice-to-Have Skills

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience supporting networking or data center environments.
• Previous experience working at a large technology company.
• Procurement operations experience.
