Project Coordinator/Installation Coordinator

Installation Coordinator | Tampa, FL

A well-established commercial flooring contractor is seeking an experienced Installation Coordinator to join its team in Tampa, Florida.

This role is responsible for coordinating installation schedules, crews, materials, safety requirements, and project logistics across multiple active commercial flooring projects.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate installation schedules across multiple commercial flooring projects

• Use Monday, JobRunner, or similar scheduling software

• Work closely with Project Managers, field supervisors, installers, subcontractors, General Contractors, and end users

• Coordinate manpower, materials, site access, and project logistics

• Manage badging, safety documentation, and jobsite requirements

• Track timelines and help resolve scheduling conflicts or delays

• Maintain strong communication between office and field teams

What We're Looking For

• Construction project coordination or scheduling experience

• Commercial flooring installation experience strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of field operations and project logistics

• Experience with Monday, JobRunner, or similar software

• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

• Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills

• Bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese required
