Core Duties
- Source and manage external partners for efficient project execution.
- Enhance client experiences through effective order handling and follow-up support.
- Supervise facility staff in preparing and organizing materials.
- Oversee stock levels, procurement, and safety protocols to maintain operational standards.
- Promote team performance and process enhancements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience prioritized over formal education.
- At least 4 years in field coordination, construction-related services, or material handling.
- Strong proficiency in customer relations and standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Capable of handling up to 50 pounds and working in mixed office/warehouse settings.
- Full-time position with direct reporting to site leadership.
