We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Assistant Project Manager on multi-site retail projects. This full-time, office-based role is perfect for someone organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with subcontractor/vendor buyouts and contract requisitions
- Prepare project compliance and safety binders
- Manage document updates and addenda
- Compile and submit change orders
- Support project execution to meet schedule, scope, and budget goals
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong data entry, organization, and communication skills
- Experience with building permits preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Self-starter with problem-solving mindset
