Project Coordinator

Payrate: $20.00 - $22.00/hr
 
Summary:
The team is seeking an innovative Learning Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and enhance learning programs that impact Freight Partners. As a self-motivated professional with a passion for learning and development, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and program managers to create impactful content and implement program offerings. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, with a strong foundation in data-driven decision making. We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with strong project management and communication skills. We value creative problem-solvers who can "think big" while executing quickly in our fast-paced environment. Your experience in designing performance-based learning outcomes and adaptability will be key in driving continuous improvement of our learning experiences.
 
Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives
• Facilitates and presents to groups of up to 50 people in a class, including participants at the managerial level
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content
• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, guides, reference materials, and other creative and learning assets using various authoring tools
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development
• Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Conduct needs assessments and identify performance gaps
• Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods
• Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies
• Maintain course content and curriculum documentation
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs
• Lead specialized initiatives in cross-skilling content development and quality-driven continuous learning interventions

 
Qualifications:

• Experience in instructional design and e-learning content development.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience with technical writing, or experience with multimedia content creation
• Knowledge of accessibility best-practices in course design and development
• Proficiency with Articulate, Camtasia, or similar video editing/e-learning authoring tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex schedules.
• Evidence of ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects with tight deadlines
• Knowledge of accessibility best-practices in course design and development
• Ability to travel to training facilities monthly

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
