Project Coordinator (Onsite)

We are looking for a few experienced Project Coordinators to join our team! The Professional Services Project Coordinator is an integral member of the Customer Experience team, responsible for guiding new and existing customers through successful product implementations.

You will coordinate customer-facing implementation projects from kickoff through completion, creating structure around timelines, scope, deliverables, dependencies, and risks. You will serve as a central point of coordination between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring expectations are clear, meetings are productive, and projects continue moving toward agreed outcomes.

Success in this role is less about being a technical product expert on day one and more about bringing strong project coordination, client management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Product-specific knowledge can be learned on the job.

AS A PROJECT COORDINATOR, YOU CAN EXPECT TO HAVE THESE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with new and existing customers to implement the client's products into their current infrastructure by leading expectations, managing dependencies and deliverables, and ensuring key objectives are delivered on time and within scope
• Collaboratively work with internal stakeholders to ensure that all customer requirements are scoped and delivered on time within budget
• Create and manage project plans, facilitate client calls and project kickoffs, maintain the project timeline, escalation, and risk management planning, and internal/external status reports

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU'LL NEED EXPERIENCE SUCH AS:

• Customer-facing project coordination experience is required
• Familiarity with formal project management or process improvement methodologies
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, customer engagements, or workstreams simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to organize project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, action items, and deadlines
• Ability to understand process improvement methodologies and how they can be applied throughout the organization
• Demonstrated strong customer-facing presence with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with clients effectively
• Strong customer-facing presence, good verbal communication, and comfort with leading meetings
• Proven ability to lead effective meetings, ensuring clear communication, active participation, and actionable outcomes
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education and professional experience
• Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Experience coordinating SaaS implementations
• Experience in IT project management or the healthcare industry is a plus
