This role coordinates project activities, maintains project documentation, facilitates communication among stakeholders, tracks schedules and action items, and ensures established project processes are followed. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of active projects while collaborating with multiple departments in a team-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & CoordinationAssist in developing and maintaining project schedules and work breakdown structures.Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed according to established timelines.Follow up on action items and outstanding project tasks.Monitor resource allocation and availability.Identify potential scheduling conflicts, risks, and delays.Communicate regularly with builders, contractors, and job-site contacts.Order & Project ManagementEnter and process orders accurately within the company ERP system.Verify model numbers, finishes, pricing, and delivery details.Track change orders and approved product substitutions.Maintain accurate project documentation and records.Update project tracking tools, reports, and dashboards.Assist with project audits and compliance reviews.Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communications.Prepare meeting agendas, project updates, and status reports.Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Accounting teams.Confirm product availability and coordinate delivery schedules with installation crews.Communicate project status updates and schedule changes to stakeholders.Support purchase order processing, invoicing, and vendor coordination.Monitor project costs and compare expenditures against approved contracts and budgets.Problem Solving & Risk ManagementIdentify and proactively resolve project-related issues.Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and records.Escalate significant issues, risks, and delays to leadership when appropriate.Qualifications3 to 5 years of professional work experience.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency with spreadsheets, business software, and computer systems.Experience in construction administration, project coordination, project management support, or a related field preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Why Join R&B Wholesale Distributors, LLC?Family-owned company with over 53 years of industry experience.Stable, growing organization serving leading builders and contractors throughout Southern California.Collaborative and team-oriented work environment.Opportunity to develop project management and construction industry expertise.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementR&B Wholesale Distributors, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
