Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator (Piping) will coordinate piping inspection and replacement activities, working closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and other stakeholders. The role involves reviewing inspection findings, coordinating replacement schedules, supporting Management of Change (MOC) documentation, conducting field assessments, and maintaining project status reports.

Location: Midland, TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate piping inspection programs and work with Operations and Maintenance teams to prioritize inspection activities.
• Review piping inspection reports and coordinate replacement activities for pipes that fail inspection.
• Work with Operations, Maintenance, and Land teams to schedule piping replacements.
• Conduct field walks and inspections to validate piping replacement scope.
• Support MOC documentation by preparing redlined P&IDs, Bills of Materials (BOM), and Scope of Work (SOW).
• Coordinate with Company Engineers to submit the required MOC documentation through the established management system.
• Develop and maintain overall piping inspection and replacement schedules, including immediate and future replacement requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports covering inspection progress, replacement status, planned versus actual costs, cost projections, downtime impact, and vendor inventory.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance teams to ensure proper alignment of project activities.
• Support site Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) activities when required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 8 15 years of experience in the Upstream and Midstream Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience with piping inspection programs and piping replacement coordination.
• Knowledge of Management of Change (MOC) documentation.
• Hands-on experience preparing or supporting redlined P&IDs, Bills of Materials (BOM), and Scope of Work (SOW).
• Experience with field inspections, piping replacement planning, and project scheduling.
• Strong coordination skills with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance teams.
• Strong reporting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the West Texas and New Mexico Oil & Gas region is preferred.
