We''re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team! This position will be hybrid. This position will require a highly organized and detailed person to support our project management team.

Location:

This role is Hybrid and can be in the following locations: Kalamazoo, MI or Pittsburgh, PA or St. Louis, MO. The expectation is to commute to the office 3 days per week.

General Job Duties:

• Plan, coordinate and direct activities on assigned project, such as timelines, milestones and resource allocation
• Complete administrative functions associated with project creation and close out in project management system
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes for project management related meetings
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to client and internal stakeholders
• General support of project management function

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed:

• Bachelor''s degree in related field, such as Business, Engineering or Project Management
• Minimum of 3 years of applicable working experience
• Acute attention to detail, grammar, presentation, and process
• Excellent customer service attitude

Preferred experience:

• Experience with Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana)
• Experience in industrial automation industry

The target annual base compensation range for this position is $60,000-75,000, based upon relevant qualifications.
