Immediate need for a talented Project Coordinator with experience in the Banking and Financials Industry. Job ID: 18-18004 Key Responsibilities: Update the program schedule using MS Project Help determine the critical path Analyze program schedule for errors, risks, and opportunities Analyze program resource allocation to determine constraints Support the Program Manager in creating reports and presentations Collect information from the various project teams, consolidate information, and create status updates Maintain existing reports Work closely with budget management and scope management to ensure alignment. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 6+ years of relevant Project Experience Experience with Agile Expert user of MS Project Advanced user of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Attention to detail (especially with numbers and dates) Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and proactive Strong analytical ability and a critical thinker Ability to multi-task and prioritize Able to drive results while maintaining a collaborative and respectful environment Preferred/ Nice-to-haves Experience with large IT implementations Automotive finance experience.
