POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing multiple projects and teams of medical professionals across various worksites nationwide
  • Assisting the clients, Site Safety Managers and personnel in maintaining the most safe and secure work environment possible
  • Responding to emergencies efficiently and promptly
  • Administering basic first aid and medical support to patients, in accordance with federal, state, local and company policy and regulations
  • Assessing the nature and extent of injuries/illnesses to prioritize medical procedures
  • Effectively communicating with medical professionals and treatment facilities to obtain instructions regarding further action
  • Effectively communicating with client and site personnel regarding any worksite incidents, hazards, etc.
  • Demonstrating a strong orientation towards team work and the ability to understand the importance of team coordinated efforts
  • Demonstrating a strong ability to be cognizant of the constantly changing worksite environment and construction site hazards
  • Ensuring that quality, clinical standards are practiced at all times
  • Documenting all findings and treatments clearly and concisely
  • Conducting oneself in a helpful, dignified and professional manner regardless of stress level and personal circumstances

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • RN: multi-state compact license or Paramedic: (EMT-P) National Registry EMT-P certification required
  • Previous ER, Urgent Care, ICU or EMT/Paramedic experience, 1st response experience or emergency 911 experience preferred
  • Previous supervisor/leadership experience preferred
  • Education level: Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  • Flexible schedule: Days, Nights, Weekend availability required
  • Travel: both locally and extended, overnight out of state required
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, web-based applications and other technological systems highly preferred
  • Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification; any additional certifications are a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with client and employees
