• Provide operational and administrative support to project activities
• Works under guidance of senior leaders
• Monitor progress, maintain project documentation, organize meetings
• Ensure smooth stakeholder communication
• Identify and escalate risks, support scheduling and resource coordination

• Help keep deliverables on track
• Assist with reporting
While the Project Coordinator is not expected to lead complex workstreams independently, the role should demonstrate developing capability in producing clear, well structured PM materials. The Project Coordinator should contribute to support the creation of presentation ready slides, and actively work to enhance communication and storytelling skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to grow PM competencies are essential.e
