Description

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator / Technical Project Management Analyst to support a large-scale corporate financial environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience coordinating complex technology deployments in large enterprise environments and who thrives managing multiple workstreams, deployment schedules, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

This position plays a critical role supporting an enterprise deployment involving thousands to tens of thousands of devices. The successful candidate will partner closely with Program Managers, Deployment Leads, Infrastructure teams, Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure deployment readiness, execution, reporting, and overall program coordination.

This is a long-term contract opportunity through June 2027 with potential for extension.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate enterprise-wide deployment activities across multiple workstreams and deployment waves.
  • Maintain integrated project schedules, deployment calendars, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Track deployment progress across thousands of users/devices and provide accurate status reporting to program leadership.
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards, KPI reporting, deployment metrics, and executive status reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate deployment readiness activities including scheduling, logistics, inventory tracking, deployment plans, and user communications.
  • Partner with Infrastructure, Mobility, Operations, Service Desk, Field Support, and Business teams to ensure successful deployment execution.
  • Facilitate project meetings, capture action items, manage follow-ups, and monitor risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Prepare weekly executive reporting including deployment metrics, risks, escalations, and milestone tracking.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications across business, technical, and leadership teams.
  • Monitor project health, identify schedule risks, and proactively escalate issues impacting deployment timelines.
  • Ensure project documentation, governance artifacts, RAID logs, deployment trackers, and reporting remain current.
  • Support resource planning and scheduling across multiple concurrent deployment activities.
  • Assist Program Managers with forecasting, reporting, capacity planning, and deployment readiness.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • 3–6 years of experience supporting enterprise IT projects, PMO functions, infrastructure programs, or large-scale technology deployments.
  • Experience coordinating enterprise deployments involving thousands of users, devices, or locations.
  • Strong experience with deployment planning, scheduling, reporting, and project coordination.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, filtering, reporting, charts, and data analysis.
  • Experience creating executive dashboards, status reports, and deployment metrics.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, dependencies, milestones, RAID tracking, and governance.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Operations, Service Desk, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical teams, executives, and business leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
    Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Financial Services or other highly regulated enterprise environments.
  • Enterprise mobility programs.
  • Large-scale device refresh initiatives.
  • Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planview, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
  • Power BI or Tableau reporting experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise deployments involving 10,000+ users or devices.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or enterprise technology operations.
