Project Cost Analyst (contract)

Location White Plains Office

Assignment Overview Support the Project Cost Controls team across a variety of project portfolios. This role supports project cost control activities, enabling project teams, leadership, and key stakeholders to make informed decisions that support successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a Cost Analyst and manage assigned project activities
• Prepare for and attend project update meetings, providing cost variance and forecast updates
• Support invoice processing and contract financial commitment management
• Assist with project administrative closure and accrual collection activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Intermediate-level Excel skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with project controls tools and techniques preferred

Additional Information

• Experience Level: Level 1 (1–5 years)
• Industry experience in energy, infrastructure, or construction preferred
• Immediate start anticipated
• Assignment duration: 12 months

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 7.5-hour workday with a 0.5-hour unpaid lunch
• Minimum 3 days on-site; schedule may be fully on-site based on business needs
• Candidates must be local to the Tri-State area

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule permitted based on assignment requirements
• Remote work privileges may be modified based on business needs
• Desktop workstation provided for work activities on virtual days
