Project Engineer, Commercial Construction (Baltimore, MD)

Our client is an established commercial general contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across the Baltimore region, and they're adding a Project Engineer to their operations team. You'll work alongside Project Managers and Superintendents to deliver projects on time, on budget, and safely, from preconstruction through closeout.

What you'll do

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings, and track them to approval
• Keep project documents, drawings, and specifications current
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and owners
• Support scheduling, buyout, cost tracking, and change orders
• Join site walks, OAC meetings, and quality control reviews
• Handle closeout, including punch lists, O&M manuals, and warranties

What you bring

• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years as a Project Engineer with a commercial general contractor 
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project or P6
• Solid communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 is a plus
