Project Engineer - Concrete Construction

A well-established concrete contractor in North Texas is looking for a Project Engineer to support structural and site concrete projects. You'll work with experienced project managers and field leaders on commercial, industrial and multifamily work, with real room to grow into project management.

What You'll Do

• Manage submittals, RFIs, shop drawings and pour logs
• Track quantities, material orders and deliveries with the field team
• Help build and update schedules and three-week look-aheads
• Support cost tracking, change orders and monthly billings
• Coordinate with general contractor partners, engineers and suppliers
• Walk the jobsite regularly to support quality, safety and documentation

What You Bring

• 1–4 years of experience in concrete, self-perform or commercial construction
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field
• Ability to read structural drawings and specifications
• Comfort with Procore or similar software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organization and follow-through
