Description
The Project Engineer reports into the Project Manager and supports all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
- Assist with project documentation, RFI's, and submittals
- Coordinate with subcontractors and field teams to maintain schedules
- Support cost tracking, budgeting, and change order management
- Utilize tools such as Procore and Bluebeam to manage workflows
- Participate in site visits and gain exposure to field operations
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date
- Contribute to maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards
Profile
For the Project Engineer role we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 0-4 years of construction experience
- Exposure to multifamily or commercial construction preferred
- Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High work ethic with a desire to learn and grow
- A long-term mindset with a commitment to career progression
Job Offer
- Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
