The BAGS engineering team is streamlined and rapidly moves projects from design model to shop drawings and fabrication assemblies.

A Project Engineer/Drafter at BAGS must possess the following skills and attributes:

• Computer savvy with some experience in drafting software including Autodesk Revit, Inventor, Solidworks and/or AutoCAD.
• Responsible, eager and engaged individual with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. You are self-motivated, organized, can work with minimal direction, manage your time well, and are willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field is helpful.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills in Word and Excel.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
