Project Engineer (EIT or PE) - Land Development

Our client, a well-established civil engineering and surveying consulting firm in Southeast Michigan, is growing its land development team and is hiring multiple Project Engineers to support a strong backlog of site development work.

Responsibilities:

• Design site grading, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water main systems
• Prepare site plans, construction documents, and permit applications
• Perform stormwater calculations and detention design
• Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and project stakeholders
• Support project managers with schedules, budgets, and client communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• EIT or PE (Michigan preferred)
• 2-7 years of land development or site civil design experience
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Detail-oriented, team-focused, and eager to grow toward project management
