PROJECT ENGINEER QUALIFICATIONS:

️ 3–6+ years of Project Engineer experience on healthcare construction projects

️ Primarily office-based role (about 90% office, 10% field)

️ Ability to manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation

️ Support project managers with budgets, schedules, change orders, and subcontractor coordination

️ Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a Project Manager role
