Position Details:
Job Title: Project Engineer
Duration: 12 Months contract to hire
Payrate: $68.50/hr. on W2!
Shift: 4/10, 1st Shift
Citizenship : US Citizenship is required
Job Description:
Coordinates the end-to-end planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of diverse projects within an assigned area of responsibility.
Partners with end users to identify pain points, document requirements, and design, develop, and implement solutions and process improvements in alignment with company standards.
Ensures technical developments are properly scheduled, and design/test problems are resolved efficiently.
Translates business goals into measurable KPIs and leverages user feedback to drive continuous improvement and higher adoption of implemented solutions.
Position may require some business travel.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience leading events and project meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
Candidate must have at least 5-7 years experience with Basic coding knowledge for quick prototyping and automation of routine tasks.
Candidate must have at least 5-7 years experience with JIRA project management and change management, including development of training materials.
Candidate must have at least 5-7 years demonstrated experience in cost avoidance & savings calculation, benefit realization, ROI analysis, and quantifying cost avoidance opportunities.
Strong written and oral communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
