Project Engineer

Project Engineer – Mechanical Construction

Seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support mechanical construction projects and work alongside experienced Project Managers, with the opportunity to develop into a Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support PMs with day-to-day project coordination and documentation

• Manage and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and project logs

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work

• Assist with estimating, change-order pricing, and procurement

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, GCs, engineers, and project teams

• Maintain project management systems and ensure accurate documentation

• Assist with AHAs, safety documentation, O&M manuals, warranties, and project closeout

• Support subcontractor coordination, including controls and seismic scopes

Qualifications:

• Construction or mechanical/MEP experience preferred

• Strong interest in developing into Project Management

• Ability to read plans and specifications

• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, Word, and Outlook
