Position Overview
Kiewit Power Delivery is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support some of the nation's largest utility-scale transmission, distribution, and substation construction projects. This position plays a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing complex power delivery projects while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are achieved.
The Project Engineer serves as a key link between the field and office, supporting project management teams, superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in:
Civil Engineering
Construction Management
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Related construction or engineering discipline
0-5+ years of construction, utility, or infrastructure project experience.
Experience supporting transmission, distribution, substation, renewable energy, or heavy civil projects is preferred.
Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Willingness to relocate and travel based on project needs.
