We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer / Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role requires solid communication, budget management, scheduling, and leadership skills, along with the ability to solve complex problems and keep projects on time and within budget. Salary Range: $70,000 - $160,000 annually, depending on experience Benefits Health, dental, vision insurance 401(k) with employer match PTO, holidays Key Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules and maintain strong communication with teams and stakeholders. Manage contracts, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation. Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Develop, update, and manage the Master Project Schedule. Lead preconstruction efforts, including scope development and bid management. Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and QA/QC processes. Provide leadership in risk assessment, contract negotiations, pricing, and compliance. Direct all project phases including design, construction documents, and construction administration. Serve as primary contact for owners and lead project meetings, dispute resolution, and closeout. Ensure safety protocols are enforced and support company initiatives and technologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of related experience (industrial project experience preferred). PMP/CCM preferred; OSHA 30 and Procore certification a plus. Strong knowledge of construction cost control, scheduling, estimating, and engineering principles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to interpret plans, contracts, and specifications. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Travel & Physical Requirements Travel ranges from 30% to 100%, depending on project assignments. Ability to navigate active construction sites, climb ladders/stairs, occasionally lift up to 25 lbs and wear PPE when required.
