We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as the technical leader, developing scope of work, planning schedules, and monitoring engineering activities for customer projects. You'll provide technical leadership, interface with various stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of Balance of Plant (BOP) projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering or related STEM program from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 6 years of related industry experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately one week per month domestically.

Preferences

• Experience with turbo machinery, generators, or power plant accessory systems.
• Previous experience or familiarity with Client systems.
• Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical codes and compliance.
