Multifamily Construction/Development Group currently seeking a Project Engineer in Denver, Colorado. This position will report to the Project Manager. This individual will work with cost data, scheduling activities and perform general engineering duties.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Submittals, quantities/procurement, and general scheduling at the job siteSupervision of job engineers who assist the Project Engineer in his primary responsibilitiesScheduling of subcontractorsLiaison to field supervision including internal superintendents and foremen as well as those of subcontractorsAssist estimators and engineers with quantities and productions during the pursuit of workRequired SkillsQualifications include: BS in Civil Engineering or Construction related degreeMid-Rise Construction a plusConcrete experience a plusStrong working knowledge of Excel and WordStrong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
