Project Engineer

• Lead engineering projects from concept, design, and prototype development through production launch
• Design and develop mechanical and fluid handling products to meet customer and operational requirements
• Interface directly with customers to understand technical requirements and provide project updates
• Evaluate product designs for compliance with engineering standards, customer specifications, and manufacturing capabilities
• Review and approve design changes, drawings, and engineering documentation
• Utilize CAD software to create, modify, and maintain engineering drawings and product documentation
• Coordinate prototype builds, testing activities, and product validation efforts
• Analyze test results and implement design modifications as necessary
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve product designs, processes, and operational efficiency
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality, manufacturing performance, and cost reduction
• Manage engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, ECNs, and controlled records
• Provide technical support for existing products, manufacturing processes, and customer applications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• 3+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience with CAD design and engineering drawing creation
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and product development principles
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams
• Experience driving projects from concept through implementation

• Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000
