Overview:
Sr. Project Engineer
Job Summary: Will lead and guide the entire project/program team, conducting final reviews and developing advanced technical comprehension. This role involves leading client calls and meetings independently and understanding niche or unique concepts and calculations.
Job Duties:
· Team Lead; direct and guide an entire Project/Program Team
· Apply expert knowledge of code, standards, and client expectations
· Lead design challenge and conflict resolution
· Lead and set expectations for design instruction
· Conduct final reviews, at times acting as a final reviewer
· Independently lead client calls and meetings
· Demonstrate solutions-driven communication skills
· Actively develops other team members
· Scope approver, risk assessor, solutions-driven leader
· Provide workflow direction and estimate allowable hours
· Provide project status updates and workload reports to client
· Approve scope, assess risk and provide proactive solutions
· Track performance metrics/KPI’s of Project Team
· Complete all assignments on time and within allowable hours
· Demonstrate Company Core Values

· Other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science in an Engineering field from an ABET accredited university
· Work experience in the Natural Gas industry

· Knowledge of niche or unique concepts and calculations
· Understand client’s cost estimating procedures and expectations
· Able to work independently and effectively in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications:
· Familiarity with MS Office Suite
