ABOUT THE ROLECitadel CPM is in search of highly experienced Project Engineers and Sr. Project Engineers to join our team. In this role, you will be working on the development of infrastructure capital improvement projects be primarily focusing on infrastructure components such as Hydronic Lines, Domestic Water/Fire Water/Irrigation/Sewer, Storm Drain, Natural Gas, Electrical Distribution, Electrical Service, Telecommunications, Site Lighting, Central Plant, Boilers, Campus Roads, and Surface Area Parking Lots.

ABOUT YOUYou are a Project Engineer or a Sr. Project Engineer with minimum 3-5 years of recent professional work experience in the management of the construction of telecommunication projects. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our infrastructure projects, from utility master plans to large-scale capital improvements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience assisting and coordinating the development of the utility master plan and verifying in the field for the accuracy of installation for new and existing projects. Plan, organize, coordinate, and report the performance of construction projects to the infrastructure team. Identify risks and assist in creating risk mitigation plans. Assist in creating and presenting project and college data clearly to multiple stakeholder groups. Knowledge in the field of surveying and implementing results into ArcGIS/CAD. Experience with a large capital improvement program and familiarity with relevant public codes. Familiarity with utilizing various locating equipment to facilitate site exploration. Provide technical and engineering support to the Program Management Office (PMO), including Project Managers, and Construction Managers. Coordinates with surveying, testing and inspection staff. Documents progress of construction, demolition, rehabilitation, alteration addition or repair projects, logging photographs, daily project reports and notes as required.

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Experience with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects and/or the Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS). Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design process.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Construction Management, Urban planning or related degree. Additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated in the basic qualifications may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, licenses, skill set, experience and/or performance.

Pay range for the Project Engineer is $85,000 - $100,000 salary per year. Pay range for the Sr. Project Engineer is $100,000 - $140,000 salary per year.
