    Project Engineering Manager Overhead Transmission Lines

    Type: Full-Time | Relocation Eligible: Yes | Visa Sponsorship: No

    About the Role

    We are seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-voltage overhead transmission line projects. This role involves managing cross-discipline engineering teams, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance, and supporting business development efforts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and coordinate multi-discipline engineering teams.

    • Manage project execution, budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables.

    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements.

    • Collaborate with clients to address technical needs and project changes.

    • Support proposal development and pursuit strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Engineering; advanced degree or P.E. license preferred.

    • 5+ years of experience in transmission line design or EPC project management.

    • Strong knowledge of PLS-CADD, line routing, structural design, and foundations.

    • Experience working with investor-owned utilities in the U.S. is a plus.

    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
