Project Evaluator - MAT Outreach & Treatment Program

Bridges Healthcare, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Project Evaluator - MAT Outreach and Treatment ProgramThis is a part-time/Non-benefited position, up to 19 hours per weekThe salary for this position is $50 per hour PURPOSE and POSITION OVERVIEWThe Project Evaluator will be responsible for designing and carrying out the data analysis plan to monitor and track process and outcome measures for MAT Outreach and Treatment program grantDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssures compliance with SAMSHA requirements for the collection, analysis and submission of GPRA data for MAT grants Outreach and Treatment program grant.Tracks and assigns Client Interview Specialist with names and contact information for clients to be interviewed as required in the grants.Responsible for monitoring and tracking GPRA data, including number of interviews, six-month follow up interviews and discharge interviews.Provides training and supervision to the Client Interview Specialist.Provide consultation to Bachelor level program evaluators.Other duties/projects as assigned by supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCIESMaster's degree in Statistics, Public Health, Epidemiology or related field.Minimum of one year of demonstrated health services research and/or program evaluation experience involving designing analysis plans.Demonstrated experience conducting data analysis, aggregating data and presenting to leadership and care teams.Excellent organizational skills and attention to deAccess to reliable transportation on a consistent basis. Bridges Healthcare is a valued and trusted community partner.A leading provider of a wide continuum of integrated behavioral health services.An employer of choice and offers staff the opportunity to grow and learn with the organization.Sustained by a diverse funding model that reflects broad-based community support and investment.Well-known and well-regarded for the services and supports we provide.A recognized expert and leader in delivering innovative solutions to behavioral health challenges.A powerful advocate for our clients, services, and improved systems. Loan repayment on some positions may be eligible as Bridges is a STAR and NHSC Approved Site by HRSA. Only candidates whose qualifications meet the requirements of the position will be contacted.
