Project Executive - Advanced Manufacturing Construction

A respected commercial general contractor in North Texas is looking for a Project Executive to lead its advanced manufacturing work. You'll guide a portfolio of complex projects, mentor project teams and be a trusted partner to owners from pursuit through closeout.

What You'll Do
• Lead a portfolio of advanced manufacturing and industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own project financials, including budgets, forecasts, fee and risk
• Mentor and develop project managers, engineers and field leaders
• Build lasting client relationships and help win repeat and new work
• Partner with operations and preconstruction on pursuits, proposals and interviews
• Keep projects safe, on schedule and on budget

What You Bring
• 12+ years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor, including time leading project teams
• Advanced manufacturing, industrial, mission critical or other complex project experience
• Strong financial, contract and risk management skills
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• A leader who communicates clearly with owners, design teams and field staff
