Project ExecutiveThe Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing and directing projects from start to finish. This includes directing and supervising work of project administration staff and construction engineers, working in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities, forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimates, and problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administration. The Project Executive will also assist with pre-qualification process for bidders, develop and solicit responses to RFP's/RFQ's, assist the owner in selecting the appropriate project delivery method, coordinate with construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals, assist with interview process and on boarding of new and potential employees, develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers, and maintain appropriate documentation through project such as RFI logs and change orders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The ideal Project Executive candidate will have 15+ years of experience in Construction Project Management or as a Project Executive, working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical, experience working on projects over $25 Million, working knowledge of construction technology and details, proficiency reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings, bringing business development opportunities to the team, strong communication skills, being detail oriented, having good time management skills, and experience leading a team of Project Managers and field staff at all levels.The Project Executive candidate will be offered a competitive base salary starting at $165,000- $185,000 depending on experience, $1000/ Month truck allowance and gas card (can be used for personal and professional use), 401K match, annual bonus structure at 15% of base salary, career stability with business development opportunities, medical, dental, vision benefits, paid maternity and paternity leave, cell phone and laptop provided, PTO - negotiable, company outings and community events, opportunity to be a mentor to several junior staff members, and flexible hours.
