The Project Executive will be tasked with overseeing and directing projects from start to finish, directing and supervising work of project administration staff and construction engineers, responsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimates, responsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administration, assist with pre-qualification process for bidders, develop and solicit responses to RFP's/RFQ's, assist the owner in selecting the appropriate project delivery method, coordinates with construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals, assist with interview process and on boarding of new and potential employees, develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers, maintain appropriate documentation through project such as RFI logs and change orders.

The ideal Project Executive Candidate will have 15+ years of experience in Construction Project Management or as a Project Executive, working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical, experience in multiple fields of construction, experience working on projects over $25 Million, working knowledge of construction technology and details, candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings, bring Business Development Opportunities to the team, strong communication skills, detail oriented, good time management skills, experience leading a team of Project Managers and field staff at all levels.
The Project Executive will be offered competitive base salary starting at $165,00- $185,000 depending on experience, 401K match, annual bonus structure (10% of base salary) and for project completion - both guaranteed, will oversee 3-6 projects with bonuses roughly $8k per project, immediate vesting into ownership through their ESOP program, career stability with business development opportunities, medical, dental, vision benefits, paid maternity and paternity leave, cell phone and laptop provided, car allowance and potential for company vehicle, PTO - negotiable, company outings and community events, opportunity to be a mentor to several junior staff members, flexible hours.
