Overview
General Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this position and is responsible for business development by targeting and /developing new revenue opportunities, cultivating new client relationships and building a prospect pipeline with a specific group of Project Managers to drive new business growth. By employing a consultative prospecting approach, a measure of success will include the conversion rate of pipeline prospects to revenue-generating clients. Additionally, this position is responsible to identify and assist in cultivating supervised Project Managers and Project Engineers efficiencies and professional growth.

Competitive Wages:
$150,285 to $250,475 anually. Applicants please note that actual compensation is determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location, among others. The offered wage or salary is only one aspect of an employee's total compensation.
