Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget targets are met
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders
Manage subcontractors and internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and change management processes
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and a collaborative project culture
Mentor and develop junior project staff and contribute to team growth

Qualifications:
15+ years of construction management experience, with at least 10 years in healthcare or hospital construction
Proven track record of managing complex healthcare projects in operational facilities
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, P6, MS Project, or similar)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
