Provide executive oversight for multiple ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead project teams to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are consistently achieved. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Support business development efforts and help secure future project opportunities. Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field leadership teams. Drive project execution strategies and proactively resolve challenges that impact delivery. Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, and risk management initiatives. Ensure compliance with company standards, contract requirements, and safety regulations.

10-15+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor. Proven success leading ground-up multifamily, senior living, hospitality, or mixed-use construction projects. Experience managing large-scale developments and overseeing multiple project teams simultaneously. Strong leadership, client management, and team-building skills. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Strong understanding of construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
