Description

The Senior Project Manager will report to a Project Executive and serve as the primary leader responsible for project execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

• Lead ground-up industrial and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and forecasting
• Oversee subcontractor negotiations, contracts, and performance
• Drive client communication and maintain strong owner relationships
• Lead project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field personnel
• Identify and mitigate risks before they impact project performance
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on schedule

Profile

For the Senior Project Manager, we're looking for:

• Minimum 10 years of commercial construction operations experience
• Extensive ground-up tilt-wall experience required
• Experience delivering industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or large commercial projects
• Clear progression through Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager roles
• Strong financial management, forecasting, and cost-control skills
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction technologies
• Ability to independently manage complex projects from start to finish
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
