Description
GeoEngineers is seeking a Project engineer to join our Construction Design Discipline in Seattle, WA, Redmond, WA, or Tacoma, WA. As part of our team, you will deliver engineering solutions for temporary works and design-build projects including excavation support systems, cofferdams, access trestles, working platforms, construction staging, falsework, and deep foundations. You will work directly with contractors, other geotechnical teams, and design-build partners to produce practical, constructable, and efficient designs on some of the most technically demanding projects in the region.
Your work will include structural and geotechnical engineering, building a career at the intersection of design and construction. You will contribute to a diverse project portfolio, develop technical depth under the mentorship of experienced engineers, and grow your project management responsibility while having meaningful ownership of your work.

Our best estimate of the salary range for this position, located in Seattle, WA, and Redmond, WA, is $92,000 - $130,000 annually. Our best estimate of the salary range for this position, located in Tacoma, WA, is $89,000 - $126,000 annually. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. GeoEngineers' salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance. As part of our competitive total rewards package, employees in this role may also be eligible for our annual year-end bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
