Overview:

Typical schedule: M-F (7:00am-3:30pm) - flexible start time depending on project needs

Fully on-site with occasional travel to off-site projects.

Must hold Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children's Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Job Description Summary:

Develops project plans, analyzes data, measures results, and tracks overall outcomes of process improvement initiatives. Utilizes operational expertise, analytics and empirical evidence to support recommendations to management and customers on improvement opportunities. Applies technical and analytical expertise in driving toward supply chain best practices. Provides project follow up and performs implementation validity checks using data and visual observation. Provides training, education, and direction to employees for specific project activity.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:

  • Leads supply and distribution initiatives for both new and existing solutions. Implements strategies to align departmental operations and activities with changing hospital goals and initiatives.
  • Builds and maintains cooperative working relationships with individual, inter-disciplinary, and group stakeholders.
  • Monitors project progress and identifies and mitigates risks and issues, communicating project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Develops and maintains project documentation and continuous operational performance measurements for all performance areas.
  • Provides guidance and support to project team members, trains, educates, develops, and monitors continuous individual employee performance metrics.

Education Requirement:

Associates Degree or equivalent experience, required.

Experience:

  • Five years of analytical experience, required.
  • ERP experience, required.
  • Fiveyears Supply Chain Operations leadership experience, preferred.
