Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Delivery) with a strong foundation in Project Management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high quality standards. This role requires a contractor who can effectively lead cross functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive project success in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Prepare and present project documentation, including reports and presentations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong Project Management knowledge and experience.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes.
• Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
• Knowledge of industry specific regulations and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a contractor role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Salary/Rate:

Full-time: The pay range for this role is $125k $160k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
