Job Summary
Under the direction of the Senior Project Leader, the Project Leader I is responsible for managing project feasibility, flow, and deadlines for new and enhanced product development initiatives. This role plays a key part in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer requirements. This will be achieved while maintaining HellermannTytons Quality and EHS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions and required documentation.
Success in this role will require
Interpret and understand detailed tooling and product drawings.
Knowledge of sales/marketing, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
Experience in motivating and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Mitigate and escalate risks appropriately.
Customer-focused with a collaborative, win-win mindset.
Proficient with project management software and planning techniques.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
