Responsible for order fulfillment of Gift Cards, Movie Tickets, Concession Packages, Student Motivation Passes, Merchandise, Passport Vouchers and more; Processes, monitors, and facilitates all orders through the entire order fulfillment process using multiple programs; Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and shared inboxes with a high level of service; Responsible for managing multiple Shared Email inboxes and phone lines; Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve order issues, including missing, damaged, or potentially fraudulent transactions in collaboration with internal teams (Accounting, Security, etc.); Partner closely with the Guest Service team to support customer needs and provide backup coverage; Assist with the fundraising ticket sales program. Possess strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities; Thrive in a fast-paced environment and open to additional assignments as needed; Think strategically, yet creatively; Possess strong project management skills and is detail-oriented; Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets; One to three (1-3) years of previous experience in sales, customer service or retail; Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and/or hear, and/or use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls.
